cybacaT Posted July 8, 2005 Posted July 8, 2005 Depends on the quiz I guess. I came up as a Statist: STATISTS want government to have a great deal of power over the economy and individual behavior. They frequently doubt whether economic liberty and individual freedom are practical options in today's world. Statists tend to distrust the free market, support high taxes and centralized planning of the economy, oppose diverse lifestyles, and question the importance of civil liberties. In other quizzes of the same nature, I've come up as a Liberal (yikes!! ) or a Conservative (much more palatable). 1 Quote

angie Posted August 27, 2005 Posted August 27, 2005 CENTRISTS espouse a "middle ground" regarding government control of the economy and personal behavior. Depending on the issue, they sometimes favor government intervention and sometimes support individual freedom of choice. Centrists pride themselves on keeping an open mind, tend to oppose "political extremes," and emphasize what they describe as "practical" solutions to problems. Your PERSONAL issues Score is 70%. TerroristHater Posted August 30, 2005 Posted August 30, 2005 I personally dislike liberals (mostly because they are associated with Democrats) and the dislike total steams from a Democratic Political forum I attended in Philadelphia, PA last year. I was blown away and absolutely disgusted and revolted at the policies, both social and political they were seriously discussing, and according to them in progress some place in Washington, DC. When I say BLOWN AWAY think of the most insulting and invasive things a Government could do to you personally and that might come close to some of the agendas they were seriously discussing. It sounded like Communism to me, and it sounded like something I would be willing to take up a gun over. Prior to attending this forum I had no real political association or desire to be associated with either of the two parties. After the forum, I immediately registered as a Republican, I don 1 Quote I'm not having a tantrum...I'm not...I'm not...I'm not...I'm going to sue your ass...whawwwwwwww. papabryant Posted September 13, 2005 Posted September 13, 2005 ACCORDING TO YOUR ANSWERS, You fall exactly on the border of two political philosophies... . CONSERVATIVE LIBERTARIAN CONSERVATIVES tend to favor economic freedom, but frequently support laws to restrict personal behavior that violates "traditional values."
