Welfare and RENT TO OWN pisses me off

If you seen some of my smartass remarks in the shoutbox about food stamps, then I would like to first point out, some of the remarks were very much TRUE !!

 

I know this for a fact because I WAS one of those kids who had a parent on welfare at one point in my life. It's not that I would INTENTIONALLY cut down my mom, but it is her and others like her that make welfare SUCK.

 

While I won't get into talking directly about my own mother, I will speak of others who abuse the system of "well being" for Americans.

 

I am speaking about the people that DO sell there food stamps for cash, maybe not for drugs/alcohol, but for other WANTS in life that a person at there income level would not otherwise be able to afford...

 

Cell Phones, NEW CARS, there own home, vacations (like they fucking need one), stereo systems, big screen (RENT TO OWN) T.V.'s, high end computers, all this shit.

 

RENT TO OWN is the number one business to the welfare class of society who does not know how to save money.

My parents were on foodstamps when I was young because daycare cost too much for my mom to work and my IDIOT father got a dishonorable discharge from the Air Force. And then she left his sorry ass and supporting 3 kids alone is expensive!

My mom is now a nurse at a mental hospital and makes sweet money. Unfortunately most people on welfare/foodstamps continue to sit on their ass and do nothing but pop out more babies because the gov't will give them more money.

Question, Phreak. How do they sell their foodstamps for cash?

Where I live they no longer use paper. They give them something like a debit card and then automatically transfer the money monthly.

Easy, you simply take the food stamp recipient SHOPPING to get the grocery's you want, they swipe there card through, you leave the store, and pay them the fair exchange amount, usually 2:1 so for $200 in food you pay them $100 cash. Some people will give there P.I.N. number out and then give the person there card to borrow and use at the store.

 

Like a fucking store ever checks I.D. or has a list to keep track of this shit ??

Nope. Cashiers don't give a shit. Long as you got the pin number.

 

And I forgot. They have nothing better to do with their time since they don't have jobs. My bad.
