Mohammed_Rots_In_Hell Posted August 18, 2005 Posted August 18, 2005 The all time stupid fuck, TERRORIST HATER, wants this guy living next to you, eyeing your children as they scamper off to school in the mornings. http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/08/18/btk.killings/index.html here's a nice quote: "A gag was placed in her mouth and he hoisted her with the noose. As she writhed, Rader masturbated, Thomas said." and of course TH says that these "people" have to live somewhere! and the government has no right to tell them they can't live right next to you! Quote The first amendment provides our constitution with its voice. The second amendment provides its teeth.
TerroristHater Posted August 18, 2005 Posted August 18, 2005 ... Ok. 1.) BTK DID NOT RAPE HIS VICTIMS. AS SUCH, HE IS NOT a registered sex offender and DOES NOT FALL INTO THE CATEGORY OF THOSE IN MY PREVIOUS POST. 2.) This country DOES NOT have the right to discrimiate... EVEN AGAINST PEDOS. 3.) I never said I wanted him to live next door to me or anybody else. I simply stated that the local government in Nazi County, Florida had no right to do what they did. (I.E. according to the LAW OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, if a pedo wants purchase a house and has the money to do so HE CAN PURCHASE IT, AND THE GOVERNMENT CANNOT INTERFEAR. PERIOD. END OF STORY. The supreme law of the land (the constitution) specifically forbids the government from interfearing private contracts. As such, Nazi County is IN VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Also... Go fuck yourself to death with a leaf blower-mounted ass virbrator MUhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah Hmm... TH, you've missed the boat via over-simplification. 1. One does not even need to be convicted of a sex crime to be ordered by a competent court of jurisdiction to register as a sex offender. In fact, this is a common plea down tactic used by DA's and criminal courts in the USA. Given the life imprisonment of the BTK killer, I see no reason to debate the point which is clearly moot. 2. This country and the states themselves do not have the right to discriminate, however, they have the right to LEGISLATE laws and even enact DEPARTMENTAL POLICY with respect to convicted felons. This is a fact. That is why although the constitution guarantees the right to keep and bear arms, the state and federal laws regarding the ineligibility of firearm possession, transportation or ownership for convicted felons, stands. They are also denied the right to vote in many states and in a underhanded fashion, denied to vote in Federal elections because they are not on the State Registrar of Voters rolls. Nifty trick huh? So much for your argument. In addition, both of these rights have a process for re-obtaining eligibility for both registered firearm ownership and registered voter status yet, they are so cumbersome and costly, that most do not even attempt to do it! The point I'm making here is; one man's "discrimination", is another man's "Legislation" or "Departmental Policy". 3. "The government cannot interfere". Once again you are dead wrong. States have tremendous rights as do local jurisdictions. The strongest right they have is that of "uncontested policy". By this I mean that as long as the specific law or policy is not specifically prohibited by law, until such time as a constitutional challenge is brought forth in the court system, the questionable law or policy stands. Personally I see no problem with barring convicted sex offenders as they did in Florida. As a father of 3 sons, I feel the EXACT same way and monitor very closely the local Sheriff's site which discloses such persons and their residences to me. They don't know me, but I know ALL of them. Personally, I feel that sex crimes should be capital crimes, especially those against children. In fact, I would volunteer to be the executioner at a modest fee of $1.00 per execution. 1 Quote . There is a problem with it. I have an old friend from high school who had sex with his 16 year-old girl friend (he was 18 and a senior at that time) and because her mother is/was such an outlandish cunt he is now a registered sex offender. So... because he had sex with his girlfriend(who he had been with since he was 17) his life is now ruined. As such, that bullshit rule prevents him from getting a place to live when he essentially did nothing wrong. THIS ALONE IS ENOUGH OF A REASON TO BAR THAT LAW. However, the mere fact that Flordian stupidity is baring some people from being or living in the proximity of churches IS A CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATION and it WILL BE OVERTURNED. For these reasons, I disagree with that law and the total assholes who voted to violate the US Constitution. smutt butt Posted August 20, 2005 Posted August 20, 2005 i did a search of pedos in my county and found a few. there is one that lives a few miles from me that i pass every day on my way to work. his pic was on the site and he is the one i see in the yard everyday. i thought his neighbors needed to know so i got a piece of cardboard cut it in half, tied them together so they would hang over his mailbox and wrote convicted pedophile on each side. on my way to work i stopped and hung it up. it is a busy road so i hope it was seen by a lot of drivers. i have the same planned for the others if i see that it is them living there. The 1st Amendment of the US Constitution specifically guarantees ALL AMERICANS the freedom of religon. This includes access to chruches and the right to be near churches. I went to high school with a dude that had to register as a sex offender becuse he had sex with his 16 year old girlfriend (he was 18 at the time and a senior). Her mom, who was an alcoholic cunt, made sure he got arrested and because of her my friend is now a registered sex offender. That was years ago, but he still carries that ridiculous fucking stigma with him. I will not see him discriminated against becuase some group of useless Floridian twats decides it's ok to violate the US Constitution. As I originally said THIS NEW AND VERY UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW IS NEEDLESSLY VICTIMIZING SOME PEOPLE. As such, this law, and the retarded assclowns who voted for it need to be struck down. tizz Posted August 20, 2005 Posted August 20, 2005 SO terrorist here's a thought. Instead of arguing a law meant to protect children from sexual PREDATORS, why not argue the velidity of lableling people like your friend sexual offenders and putting them into the same catagory as violent sexual offenders ect... Why not argue that because of the circumstances one shoulr be able to have thier case re examined in order to be taken off the list? In this country, if oyu break the law, you must be able to accept that you may have certain privelages revoked (keep in mind the difference between what is a given right to ALL people and what is an earned privelage).
