All of you can see the obvious. New username colors. Let me fill you in what it means.

 

All users that had avatar and profile pic privileges, the avatar group, are now legacy members. What this means is you are an integral part of the community. You endure abuse beyond comprehension and dish out the abuse as good as you get. It is my way of saying thanks to you and the premium members for making this site what it is.

Newly registered members and current members that weren't in the avatar group will no longer get any extra perks unless they buy a premium membership.

 

The new groups breakdown is as follows.

• Administrators - Full and complete control over everything
  
• Super Moderators - Full and complete control over user management and forum management.(ANY WAY THEY WANT, WITH THEIR OWN RULES, AS NEEDED)
  
• Legacy - The GF pioneers. Have access to avatars, profile pics, signatures and unlimited shoutbox privs.
  
• Premium Members - All the same privs as legacy plus they get an @Off Topic Forum.com email address and access to 2 private forums. They also will have more say in who gets put in the Idiot Box.
  
• Registered Members - They can post threads and reply to threads in all public areas. They have a shoutbox limit of 10 shouts per day and private message limit of 15. They can no longer post polls in any forum.
  
• Idiots - You all know what this is.
  

In a few days I'll have extra options for Registered users to buy just the perks they want. They'll be able to buy an avatar, profile pic, ability to have a signature or an email address. That way you can buy only what you want. Keep in mind that while the price will not be very much per perk if you choose to buy all perks separately it will be cheaper to just buy the 12 buck subscription.

O.K. People, this will be the OFFICIAL GF Rules of engagement and explanation of GF forums and usage.

 

To start out with, Legacy members, and PREMIUM members will NOW be the only ones able to call an idiot box vote. But there is a TWIST !!

 

Once an idiot box poll has been made, the poll will be moved into the PREMIUM MEMBERS ONLY idiot box polling booth.. from THERE hidden away from members PREMIUMS will decide who gets the box and who doesn't , in addition to, having exclusive rights over the first 10 comments and poll before returning it to the polling booth for members to see the results and the commentary made by the PAYING PREMIUM MEMBERS !! Once the PREMIUMS have finished with it, we will edit POLL OPTIONS as needed, and return the IDIOT BOX poll to the forums for discussion and sentencing with a final 5 MEMBER VOTE from REGULAR MEMBER AND LEGACY MEMBERS, FOR THE LENGTH OF TIME SENTENCE !! (THIS NUMBER MAY INCREASE AS GF GROWS)

 

Premium members can now toss EACH OTHER into the idiot box with only a 5 PREMIUM COUNT NEEDED, for you see, PREMIUM votes in the hidden idiot box forum, now count as 2 votes !! Only 5 premiums needed to agree to idiot box someone, even each other !!

 

Premium members now have there OWN forum to use for anything they like, chat amongst each other, debate each other, bitch at each other, basically do whatever the hell you think your $12 is worth in the forum with fellow paying members.

 

Kind of your own PRIVATE little GF !!

 

As for the Piss Pot forum, this will be the place where I move polls that have expired by 30 days or more, and it will ALSO be where we will move topics when we are done with them, we will first move topics to the PREMIUM lounge for a private discussion, and then we will send it to the PISS POT and close it.

 

After Saturday, I will be moving all EXPIRED posts which are 30 day or older, into the piss pot forum. Down into the anals of the GF PISSPOT for all of history.

 

So the piss pot, will serve as sort of a nostalgic look at GF as it grows and changes. But, the piss pot has its OWN purpose itself !!

 

It is FOR one and only one thing WHEN POSTING, and it BETTER be used for it or it's off to the idiot box..

IF ANYBODY IS CAUGHT TRYING TO FLAME ANOTHER MEMBER, USING THE MOST COMMON CURSE WORDS, THEY WILL BE TOSSED INTO THE IDIOT BOX !!(Cept of course us MODS and PREMIUMS ) (It's good to be the MOD)

A F.A.P.S. violation when flaming a fellow poster, is grounds for IMMEDIATE IDIOT BOX while posting in the piss pot forum.

 

And you can bet your ass that the People's Moderator, and his 2 MARINE MINIONS will be keeping order in the PISS POT... Hell, might as well call it Hugh's Piss Pot !!

 

We expect to be shown the ART OF LINGUISTIC FLAME in the piss pot. If the MODS and the PREMIUMS want, they can call ANY topic started in the piss pot into the PREMIUM area for discussion, and for there own PERSONAL flaming, or even to add an IDIOT BOX vote on it. SO WATCH IT when you post in the PISS POT !! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!

 

PAYING MEMBERS WILL NOW CONTROL REGULAR MEMBERS POSTS COMING FROM THE PISS POT !!

 

They may choose to have an archived topic temporarly moved into a PREMIUM hidden forum for personal discusssion, and request CLOSED debates to be reopened in the hidden forum.

 

What this does, is it allows PREMIUMS to discuss a topic of there own choosing, on there own turf before sending it back to the GF regular forums and categorized and left as an open topic for anyone else..

 

IDIOTS ARE NOW OFFICIALLY PISS YELLOW !!(I just couldn't help it, had to have a piss yellow IDIOT BOXER)
