ToriAllen Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 I'll be in Monroe but you have to put up with my grandmother and me. We can all do lunch one afternoon. Hey. Monroe isn't too far from my grandma. She lives in Snellville. Maybe I can arrange a visit. We can just have a GF meet in ATL this year. RegisteredAndEducated Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 Dang! I was in Atl just this weekend... I was in Alpharetta and Loganville mainly. Spent a little time in Marrietta (East Cobb County) too. I'm gonna have to arrange another trip up pretty soon it seems! phreakwars Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 I never want to visit Georgia. Texas was bad enough. I'm more the Minnesota/Iowa type, and you all freak me out with your utter SOUTHERN stupidity. . . Quote https://www.facebook.com/phreakwars
Phantom Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 I don't think you have applied for a travel pass to cross the Mississippi line Phantom. anything east of that is Nazz Negg territory and YOU will require a travel pass. Keep it up and I will be sure to make a pit stop in Virginia. Quote Blah.

What brought you to my old stomping ground? I really just passed through Snellville, but I went to Loganville to visit my some family that moved up there a couple of years ago. They opened a new restaurant. It's called Claude's, you'll have to check it out. Anyway, I was up in East Cobb and Alpharetta, visiting some cousins, and going to a wedding, so I figured I'd stop off in Loganville on the way back home. I've been to Hicksville, GA... That's clever eddo... Hicksville, GA... who would have ever thunk of that??? Where would the world be without you? o.O Let me ask you... is ignorance truely bliss? RegisteredAndEducated Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 I'll try it out weekend after next. Is it on 78? It is in fact on 78! It's a small little place. I haven't been there yet, but I hear it's freakin great! If you go, you'll meet a few people in my family... The kinda... nm... you'll see, haha. I do know that they serve Bar-b-q haha. And it's supposed to be good. And something about biscuits. Anyway, let me know how it is. They were closed on Sunday when I was there. You pass South Gwinnett(my high school:D ) on the right and Folks on the left. Keep going and you pass the theatre on the left and what used to be the Wal-Mart shopping center. Keep going and you pass the Kroger shopping center on the right(That is about the Snellville/Loganville line). The road beside Kroger is how you get to my old house. Then you keep going and there is a lot of new crap that I'm not really familiar with. So how far down 78 is it? Quote Smart men learn from their own mistakes; Wise men learn from others. I know that if you're heading down 78, from Snellville towards Loganville (I hate the damn road system there btw... the damn green arrow and red x thing... pisses me off) it's on the left. I think the area used to be like a field. It's kinda out there but not that far. I dont really remember the store, but it's about 10 or so minutes past the movie theatre (I think)... RegisteredAndEducated Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 I happen to love the south! I've lived here all of my life. I've been other places, but never lived in any other region. I am not from Georgia, but I've been here for most of my life. I'm originally from North Carolina. I do miss NC. It is a very beautiful state, and the people there are great! Now, some accents... fucking drive me NUTS! I fucking HATE yankee accents. They just piss me off! Michigan, Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, etc. Fuck them, and fuck that accent! On the flip side, I do really hate the deep southern accent, where you can't understand what the fuck they are saying. A slight souther drawl, or even some heavier drawls are ok, but there are some cases where I just want to punch a baby! Anyways, The South Rocks! RoyalOrleans Posted November 30, 2006 Posted November 30, 2006 My accent is definitely "dirty south". My draw is prominent. The only accent that gets under my skin is the Boston accent.
