That pic was taken in winter. Moreton Island is in the background. I lived there for a coupla years, also. Much nicer beaches there. I'll have to crank up the scanner, and find some shots.

I love old pictures like that, especially black and white ones... Thanks!

I put no stock in religion. By the word "religion" I have seen the lunacy of fanatics of every denomination be called the will of god. I have seen too much "religion" in the eyes of too many murderers. Holiness is in right action, and courage on behalf of those who cannot defend themselves, and goodness.

Taken TODAY at the Casa De Boom... Cutting the grass before the friends arrive for Sunday potluck. It was my middle son's birthday today.

I'm proud to be an American, aren't you? I've got my three beautiful sons, my home in the best country in the world and in the best state, (God I LOVE Ohio), my lawn tractor, my cold suds on a hot day, and my flag which flies 24/7/365 in the front of my house and yes, it's lit at night!

Life is Fucking Beautiful! I hope that yours is too!

I feel so good that even if I hate your guts, I hope that you are safe, healthy and happy just like me. Enjoy.

P.S. - I Love my tractor...

I fly my flag 24/7 too. I don't however have it lit at night.

Dose that make me Un-American?

My POW-MIA flag is in my window.

You're welcome, I love them too. BW pics have such a charm about them.

Your folks lood like they grew up in the "swing" era, Skategreen.

Guess they BORN in the swing era! :) Dad in 31 and Mum in 35 (the dirty thirties, as she liked to say) ... Dad enjoyed listening to Louis Armstrong, Artie Shaw, Glenn Miller, Etta James... I learned to love that music as well. He got such a kick outta the way I couldn't help but just burst into The Charleston Dance whenever I heard, "In the Mood". He'd put it on just to see me hop up and dance.

ahhh the days.........

Ohhh..and you guys Both look like really nice guys. Nice happy faces. This is a good thread..it's nice to get real pics to go with the names. It's kind of relaxing. ...the avatars can throw one off....(HAAAA HAAA~! When I first started posting, between Phreaks onslaught and Avatar he just seemed like a bully..then I saw his bio pic - so funny - he looked like a more grown up version of my daughter's BF -(and I adore him) ... suddenly Phreak seemed..almost HUMAN!!!!)

download webshots for free and upload a few pics. You can then share them with the world!. Just need some digital pics on your computer or scan in a few film shot pics.

I've sent a coupla images of my ugly head.

Here's my current fave of my lad in action.

Does he love sand? Shit yeah. :D :p

Lucky YOU! Lucky Boy! He looks like a really nice kiddo --- how old? Looks like he could be 12-14..? NICE beach. Oh my.

In B.C. we eat fish-n-chips on the beach... you folks do that too?

The lad was 14 in that shot. He loves digging and sculpting in sand.

There is a couple of shops not just over the first dune, so we sometimes eat there. I do take ice-blocks and other munchies to the beach.

Oh, and my house is about 2 minutes walk from the beach, so we usually eat at home.

The lad detests seafood, but I love it.

Vancouver? Hmmm, I would love to visit Canada, mostly British Columbia, for the scenery and the fishing. ;)

You kinda look like a cross between cuba and LL Cool J..

Both good....

How can your opinion be the correct one....if, infact, its only an opinion?!?!

You cannot see in the photo but if i didn't have the acne, was taller, and had a more visible 6 pack, I would PROBABLY more visually desirable.

But thank you for the compliments people, though I have never considered myself to be the attractive type.

Thought I'd put up some family pics.

1. The family last Christmas

2. My oldest son who acts like a third parent

3. My middle son who is the mischievous one always into something

4. My daughter, aka Spawn. She has enough attitude for all of them combined...
