lilmizztemper Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 You have demonstrated your ignorance quite clearly to all. No need me going on with this. The fact is marijuana should be legal, heroin should be legal, suicide should be legal. Adults should have the freedom to pursue happiness however they choose, regardless of how stupid a tyrannical majority think they are. so go roll a doobie...shoot yerself up and hang yerself...I dont fucking care!!!! Quote Things just haven't been the same since that house fell on my sister
Jhony5 Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 so go roll a doobie...shoot yerself up and hang yerself...I dont fucking care!!!! LOL. Oh my. Make sure to follow this in the correct order. Otherwise you might not get the full effect of the freedom you seek. Quote i am sofa king we todd did.

hugo Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 Freedom??? You mean real freedom??? Or some lame modern version of freedom??? Because real freedom would include death of the offender in the street Quote The power to do good is also the power to do harm. - Milton Friedman "I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents." - James Madison
Jhony5 Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 POSTED BY NAZZNIGGER: And killing people should be legal as well...many a folk need some killing.. when they make killing stupid irritating people legal I will subscribe to making drugs legal...fair is fair Ya, society would really prosper that ways. Jhony5 Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 Umm Nazz-Nigger??? So legalize drugs but don’t let the Niggers have any?? How did you make that deduction? To me the term "******" isn't limited to black folks. Society prosper you say, your concerned about society prospering now? Yes I am. Why would I not be? Ok, this is what I mean, I am tired of people who champion one thing i.e. legalize drugs and then turn around and say O-NO !!! smoking cigarettes is bad, drunk driving is bad, killing people is bad, bombing Iraq is bad…get the picture? If you want your personal preference in depravity legal then don’t bitch about the other guy’s choice of entertainment, recreation or relaxation methods. I "champion" legalizing MARIJUANA. Smoking cigarettes is a personal choice, and should remain that way. Drunk driving is akin to murder. Killing people IS murder. Bombing Iraq is what it is. I wasn't "bitching" about people who consume alcohol, only pointing out the misconceptions about alcohol. Alcohol is a depressant, Not a stimulant. And Marijuana related traffic deaths are right up there with alcohol related ones. Alcohol is a depressant. The term "depressant" in this instance is not meant to convey that it makes you sleepy and sad. Its meant to convey the depressing of neurological functions of the CNS, or the brain if you don't follow me. However it stimulates aggressive behavior through many channels, including the immoderate release of adrenaline. If your ignorant of this it is not my fault. Educate yourself on this issue. The statistics on marijuana related traffic deaths are skewed beyond repair. They derive these statistics from post accident toxicology results. With a drunk driver, the results give an accurate picture of how intoxicated the person was at the time of the incident. With marijuana, the results often only show that the person had marijuana in their system. This does not mean that they were intoxicated at the time of the incident. Only that sometime in the last month, they had smoked a joint. So in closing, your bitting on these skewed stats set before you by the crooked lobbyist that want marijuana to remain illegal. The part I like best is how making pot illegal some how is tied to illegal immigration. Again your ignorance of American history prevails. One of the biggest lobbying points against marijuana in the 1920's was the rampant use by illegal Mexican immigrants. It was part of their culture. In the early 1900s, the western states developed significant tensions regarding the influx of Mexican-Americans. The revolution in Mexico in 1910 spilled over the border, with General Pershing's army clashing with bandit Pancho Villa. Later in that decade, bad feelings developed between the small farmer and the large farms that used cheaper Mexican labor. Then, the depression came and increased tensions, as jobs and welfare resources became scarce And then there is the hopped-up conspiracy theory, Jerry Garcia crap that goes on for ever below. That post of mine was in no way a "conspiracy theory". All factual. Dispute it? Prove me wrong. Make it all legal, including killing people and I will buy you a bail of the best weed have it delivered via FedEx, and you can send me a box of rounds and a machete. Legalizing marijuana and killing people are in no way whatsoever parallel. This all or nothing attitude of yours is bizarre to say the least. I was quite entertained in how you attempted, poorly, to paint me as a hypocrite. I think people should be able to do whatever they want, as long as it does not directly effect others in a negative way. Me growing marijuana and smoking it with my bros, is not harming anyone. You killing your neighbor because he posted a fence line 10 inches across your property line, is not equivocal to getting high. Quote i am sofa king we todd did.

hugo Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 Actually, I have no problem if you are arrested for driving while fucked up. If you can't pass the field sobriety test you need to be off the road, regardless if you are drunk, stoned or just plain retarded. I have a big problem with penalties based on BAC or a refusal to take the BAC test. If drunk driving laws just applied to drunks I would have little problem with them. hugo Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 Agreed. Hey....BTW, does anyone know how to remove human hair from the bumper of a 2000 Chevy Tahoe? Jhony5 Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 What? Are you clairvoyant or something? How do you know if just because someone has a buzz they will kill someone while driving. Jhony5 Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 Posted by NAZZ:About drunk driving, the cop could do the same thing; observe, a car driving all erratic etc.. Follow it, if it goes home no issue, if it goes to a hotel, no issue, if it crashes etc.. Well then the law has to do its job. No, the paramedics would then have to do their job. I do however find DUI and seatbelt checkpoints to be a violation of our rights. The Marion county sheriff dept actually did a seatbelt checkpoint in my fucking neighborhood last year. I was blown away. On top of that the pigs waived me to pull over as I did not have my seatbelt on. The cop asked why I wasn't wearing my seatbelt. I told him "because I'm driving a truck bud, and I don't have to". Which oddly is still law in Indiana, if you have truck plates on your vehicle you are exempt from the crooked seatbelt laws. My nonchalant attitude earned me a search of my pockets and my vehicle. Not 300 feet from my driveway. Posted by Lillmizz: sorry Jhony I fail to see the humor in that one...since when is getting the fuck beat out of ya funny? Well its not. But after the damage is done you have little recourse but to laugh about it. I find all of the explosive freak-outs and hitting that my ex-wife did to me, as humorous now. Even though at the time it was what tore my family apart and hurt me very much. For instance, it hurt me very deeply when my wife left me while I was at work and took most of my possessions that I had worked so hard for all those years. After time I could find some of her actions to be terribly funny. She took the toilet seat and shower curtain, among many other things. Now tell me thats not fucking funny? It wasn't at the time. I remember being so sad and I went into the bathroom to take a piss, and the toilet seat was gone. Funny stuff. Quote i am sofa king we todd did.

Lethalfind Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 People like to lump all intoxicants into the same category. But your right, weed is more likely to make you sit your ass on the couch and wait for the buzz to subside, instead of driving down the road in a paranoid stupor. A drunk will stumble out the door, keys in hand, incorrectly signing the words to Bob Segars "like a rock". Unless of course you don't have any food around the house to satisfy the monster munchies you get after smoking weed.
