Seriously though, this is another stunning example of how religion teaches seperation above all other matters. It always has and always will. I heard this same idea purposed by hate groups to provide them with a "ethnic free pure nation". This christian nation doesn't sound a whole lot different. Its funny though that Xtians feel persectuted because they can't impose their beliefs on others. Removing god from government is a natural progression. It was only a matter of time before citizens stood up and said no more. If you want to view symbols of your religious beliefs then by all means go to church, read a book or whatever, nobody is going to stop you from that.

 

To address the issues mentioned in your snip phreak.

Gay marraige : Still gonna be going on and it doesn't affect anyone other then the couple.

Abortion :Again, still gonna be going on outside their "borders" and it doesn't affect them if they aren't engauging in it.

Prayer in schools : Go on and fucking pray to yourself quitely, again no one will stop you from that. This subject makes me redfaced mad. If it was passsed in legislation that people are allowed to pray aloud in school then they (christians) would just have a new bitch because kids would be praying to any one of a number of gods, including witchcraft/wicken. So what would they gain from it?

Teaching evolution :I can almost agree with them on this because scientificly there is no solid proof that man evolved from apes. However the fact that all species evolve is a proven undeniable fact so with the Xtian logic maybe we should stop teaching gravity to. Maybe our theories about gravity are wrong and it is god whom provides us with this mystical force?

I was doing some painting in a rental property today, and a couple of Seventh Day adventurers came calling. They asked me if I would like to read some of their propoganda.

 

I asked to see one. I scanned it, and asked for a dozen of the same. They were handed over willingly, even gleeflully, until they watched me open up the booklets, and lay them along the skirting board to act as a drop sheet so the paint wouldn't stain the carpets.

 

Screwnut number one started to complain, and I cut him off like this; "Well, at least they will get one job done before they end up in the bin. You seriously don't think anyone is going to read this crock of shit, do you? "

 

My father, bless his memory, used to invite them in, make them comfortable, then chew their ears off with questions they couldn't answer. He would block the doorway, preventing them from leaving, until they answered his questions. He was a scary kinda guy when enraged. They never returned.
