Go right ahead," O'Reilly said, according to a transcript and audio posted by liberal media watchdog group Media Matters for America, and by the San Francisco Chronicle.

 

"And if al-Qaida comes in here and blows you up, we're not going to do anything about it. We're going to say, look, every other place in America is off limits to you, except San Francisco. You want to blow up the Coit Tower? Go ahead," O'Reilly continued, referring to the 1933 San Francisco landmark that sits atop Telegraph Hill.

 

Adding to the buzz was the archived version of O'Reilly's Tuesday show, which omitted the incendiary comments, according to Bay Area TV station KNTV.

 

City officials were not amused. "It sounds like he's on the same medication Rush Limbaugh is addicted to, and he should go see a therapist,'' Board of Supervisors President Aaron Peskin, whose district includes the tower, told the Chronicle

Whats sad is that he made this statement in defence of military recruiters. Those fuckers have stooped to new lows in order to wrangle unsuspecting kids. Recruiters are like car salesmen in uniform. Earlier this year they were running ads in the classifieds that would say things like " mailroom help needed" without any mention whatsoever of the military. Then when calls came in they lay on the military sales pitch.

 

Another issue is when these fuckers show up at high school job fairs making their empty promises and fast talking kids with their bullshit. They get the kids to take their apptitude tests and when the kids have second thoughts the recruiters lie to them and tell them that they are legaly bonded to the agreement and they can't backout, which is completely untrue.

Which explains the militarys newest ad campaign. Have ya'll seen these cheesey ads depicting kids trying to talk their parents into agreeing to let them enlist?

When I was 17 I went to a recruiter for information because I was looking for direction in my life. After leaving his office and talking with my father I decided not to do it. Of course the recruiter called me the next day and layed it on so thick. I kindly told him I was no longer intrested and he switched into high gear, climbing up my ass with his fast talking. The fag kept calling and I began to be afraid just to answer the phone. My dad got so sick of the harassment he personaly drove down to the recruiting station and went completely sideways on this dude.

Recruitment is now at an all time low (gee I wonder why) so the harassment has gotten out of hand, which is why I suspect S.F. officials have tried to thwart their efforts to pluck them out of school. High schools across our nation are tired of recieving notice that their alumni from just 1 or 2 years ago are now dead.

My older brother was in the military for 3 years. He was signed up in the delayed entry program from his high school job fair. He originaly signed up for a 2 year term, but one year into his service he was made an offer to have permenant station in Knoxville, Tenn, providing he signed for one more year. He agreed and signed the paperwork. Two months later the gulf war kicked up and he spent the remainder of his term in the godforsaken desert.

Then he gets out and enlists in college using his D.E.P. college fund money. He ended up having to drop out for 2 years waiting for the money to show up through the web of bureacracy and bullshit.

I say fuck the military unless theres a real war to fight.

I actually saw the interview that he had with the guy who wrote the bill saying they shouldn't be there. Bill O'Reilly is a sad excuse for a human being. I am about to paraphrase a part of that conversation...

 

O'Reilly: Why didn't you say bring them home in your bill?

Then a couple of days later, the dude went on Hannity and Colmes. Sean Hannity, being the intelligent man that he is, totally ignores what the bill is about and asks him "Would you support the disarming of America?", to which he trys to tell Hannity what it is about, but Hannity fails to listen. I watch FNC just to get angry. Like when B-dogg says that places like Target are saying "Bah-humbug" to Christmas for saying "Happy Holidays" instead of "Merry Christmas". Fucking Bullshit.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not being hateful, just factual. The gay community is teaming with viruses at a disperportionate rate compared to the heterosexual demographic. There is a difference between a negative stereotype and a hard fact. You may be different, but gays are often much more careless with there sexual liasons. Heterosexuals don't hang out in city parks and rest areas looking to get laid.
