Police said Floyd Harvell, 17, and Keenan Felton, 19, went into Sam's Discount Food Store in Orange County at about noon and demanded money. One of the teens distracted store owner Sung Kim and the other went behind him and put a gun to the store owner's head, police said. As the men turned to leave, Kim pulled out a shotgun and opened fire on them, Local 6 reporter Erik von Ancken said. Both were hit by gunfire, according to the report. Kim will not likely face charges in connection with the incident. "They recently passed a new law but an investigation will still have to ensue to determine what happened in this and take it from there," Orange County sheriff's spokeswoman Barbara Miller said. "But, normally, if the state attorney's office felt the store owner acted appropriately, then no (charges)." Both of the teens were treated and transported to jail. They face armed robbery, grand theft and aggravated assault with a firearm charges. Rock and Roll, thank god the state of Florida has turned the tables in favor of its citizens. What happens is these little idiots get their hands on a gun and recieve what little information they have about firearms from gangsta rap. They have this idiot attitude of "I have a gun so now i'm untouchable". I knew this kid from where I grew up that would sneak his old mans 9mm out and tote it around showing it off. I remember hearing him say shit like "If somebody fucks with us i'll split his wig". Blah blah blah.....this dude went on and on. So after awhile we talked him into shooting it once on a dare. So we headed out to the woods outside of town and this jackass kid (probably 14yrs) starts gangsta limpin and pulls his 9mm, aims it sideways like a ******, and gets this apprehensive yet cocky look on his face......then hmmmmm....his face froze up and you could see him trying to squeeze the trigger but it wouldn't go. He starts tinkering with this gun and looked similar to a monkey trying to use a cellphone, so funny. So I say "Safetys on". He says "Oh ya" then I swear to god the clip falls to the ground. After awhile he managed to find the safety and proved to everyone that he couldn't shoot a tree if it was attacking him from 10 feet away. Anyway that foster mother of the kids in that article made a comment about being upset that the pawn shop owner won't be charged. WTF is that about? People, take some responsibility for your kids. I'm all for standing up for my kid, but if she puts a gun to a mans head and and tries to rob him, well shes gonna have to take whatever happens as a result. Quote i am sofa king we todd did.
