builder Posted December 11, 2005 Posted December 11, 2005 You're a loser Hugo. Why would he be roasting? Foul languange? If you are a true christian believer (one of the twelve known of that struggling-to-survive species) then he is in purgatory awaiting trial. Quote Persevere, it pisses people off.
hugo Posted December 11, 2005 Posted December 11, 2005 Actually, as a ghoombahnian, I believe he is cursed to drink Coors Light for eternity. Could be worse...maybe. builder Posted December 11, 2005 Posted December 11, 2005 he will always be one of the best. He wasn't just good, he was emphatically thorough and lambastically pure. None have followed the path, and I don't see any on the horizon. RIP Dick. Quote Persevere, it pisses people off.
ImWithStupid Posted December 11, 2005 Posted December 11, 2005 he will always be one of the best. One of the best and definitely a pioneer who changed the comedy scene forever. RIP JoJo Dancer. Quote

slip_knot Posted December 11, 2005 Posted December 11, 2005 I was saddened to hear of his death today. What a great comedian. I shall mis him. At least we have all his films, comedy perfoormances to go over again and again. I really liked the way he poked fun at blacks, then whites, then orientals. He did it in such a way that everybody laughed together. Nobody was offended. He brought us closer together. Something that a thousand politicians could not do in as many years. Quote

RoyalOrleans Posted December 11, 2005 Posted December 11, 2005 So long, Richard! I'm still a big fan of your stand up, but your flick Moving sucked. Quote To be the Man, you've got to beat the Man. - Ric Flair Everybody knows I'm known for dropping science.
ImWithStupid Posted December 12, 2005 Posted December 12, 2005 I also have to give Richard props for his co-writing of Blazing Saddles with Mel Brooks. That's one of the best comedy films of all time. Quote

Jhony5 Posted December 20, 2005 Posted December 20, 2005 I never found his stand up to be all that funny. It was his rampant cursing that I found amusing. I remember when I was young watching his stand up and I never got his humor, but when he said '****** motherfucker shit bitch', well I guess that was funny. He was funny as an actor though. Eddie Murphy was a damn funny stand up, but his movies went from OK to shit can faster then a transvestite could say "sex change". Quote i am sofa king we todd did.

What are you saying? I'm sure when Eddie was on SNL, he thought to himself that someday he would be doing crappy remakes of The Nutty Professor, Dr. Doolittle and would be providing the voice of a cartoon donkey. Wait, I liked the donkey. Quote
