This is correct. Brain death is the finality of life process. If you get whacked in the head and your brain dies, then you need no other trauma to be declared dead. If your heart fails it is the lack of oxygen from bloodflow to the brain that serves as the end game.

Sorry phreak. In cardiac surgery they stop the heart beating-as it's not possible to operate on a beating heart. All the while of course they perfuse the body. So no. Stopping the heart does not always lead to death.

For example, if you are at the epicentre of a nuclear explosion, you get vapourised- every single atom of you is instantly destroyed .So how can you have a lack of blood flow to a brain which ceased to exist at the same moment the blood and heart ceased to exist . What i'm saying of course is that it was the divorce of your atoms that led to death in this instance.

Don't know about the racist gore freaks. I just clicked on one of phreaks clickies, and there was all these guys getting killed in an explosion.It was the ogrish site . I took a look around, and having had a few beers I thought I'd take a peep at one of the mad moslem beheadings... Fucking Horrific. But the victim was one cool dude. Didn't flinch, just gasped a little gasp. Didn't wriggle or nothing.He was a moslem on the other side. I hope he gets his 72 virgin brides. He deserves them. Me, I couldn't cope with all the nagging.
