All you have to do is buy an ipod and then claim you lost your hearing because you are too fucking stupid to turn the volume down. I guess i am going to have to sue AC/DC, Ozzy and several others because their music was too loud at their concerts.

iPod User Sues Over Potential Hearing Problems

POSTED: 11:21 am EST February 2, 2006

SAN FRANCISCO -- Do iPods lead to hearing loss?

A Louisiana man says they could, and that was good enough for him to file suit against Apple Computer on Wednesday over it.

John Patterson sued in federal court in San Jose. He accused Apple of marketing defective products that could damage the hearing of those who use iPods.

Patterson's complaint seeks an order requiring Apple to upgrade the product and to compensate victims for any damages.

He also sought class action status for his suit.

iPod packaging includes warnings against using the device at high volume.

After i am done with them i am gonna sue wendys because there is no warning label about cholesterol on their buns.

After that i am gonna sue gm, ford and all of the others because there is no warning label saying i might get hurt using their product.

After that i am gonna sue paper companies because i got a paper cut today and there was no warning label on it.

After that i am gonna cut my finger and then sue the companies that make steak knives because there are no warning labels saying that i could cut something with their product.

After that i am gonna stick my finger in an elec. outlet and then sue the company that built my house for not warning me.

After that i am gonna jab a pen in my eye and sue paper-mate for not putting warning labels on their pens saying not to.

After that i am gonna hit my head with a hammer and then sue the company who made it because they didn't warn me not to.

Some of them Ipods have a problem with the volume. I’ve tried to work on one and some of the songs will play fine but he others will blast you out. I’ve tried re-riping them and reloading the songs and everything. It’s not the songs. It’s the hard drive on the Ipod. This was one of the first ones put out. I got my wife a Nano and it works fine.

I have one song that is like that, and it is the song itself. Got it off of the internet, and don't know where else to get it. Wasn't actually a song. It was George Carlin's "Playin' with your Head". Half way through it replays the previous 3 seconds really loud and the loud volume continues through it. Hurts, but I am to lazy to change it.

Some of them can be the song. How they were recoreded or riped. But the older Ipods did have a problem. Dose it do it on your computer also?
