Good point. However, I would hope that the Christians involved in those

sorts of wars (like in Ireland) would stop those wars. I have not heard

much about the the war between Christians in Ireland in recent years.

Perhaps that war has come to an end--at least I hope so. The biggest fear

is Muslims since they have a goal of taking over the world. They will even

use nukes to do it. The president of Iran has stated that he wants to

"wipe off Israel from the map of the world."

After he has finishes work on creating nuclear weapons--he will fire one

or more nuclear tipped missles at Israel. His next target will probably be

America. It would be easy to smuggle a nuclear bomb into America since

tractor trailers come into America each day from Mexico. Various border

guards have been fired for getting paid great amounts of money from

Mexican cocaine dealers. Those sorts of border guards would love to take a

million dollar payment to allow a tractor trailer loaded with a nuclear

bomb to travel across the the Mexican border. I am glad I don't live in a

large city. Of course, lots of liberal democrats in Congress don't want to

allow Bush to destroy the nuclear facilities in Iran with bunker buster

bombs. Many people in this newsgroup also don't want Bush to attack the

nuclear facilities in Iran.

False requirement.

If one can show that such a pond must have existed, then where is no

more than an issue of curiosity; we would know it existed _somewhere_,

even if not precisely where.

That aside, is Robyn claiming, as some sort of absolute truth, that there

was such a pond? If so, I missed it. You, however, are claiming - above

- that there are, in fact, heaven and hell. Thus, as you make the claim

you assume the burden of supporting it. This, actually, is true whether

Robyn made a claim about a primordial pond or not, whether she's supported

it or not. This is your claim, hence your burden of support.

Got any? No, didn't think so.

Well yes, actually, about 4004 BC. It was a Tuesday, if I recall

This is why the Bible has no copyright notice - virtually none of it is

I would think it would be up to the person in pain to make that call.

The entire line "People that are not in favor of mercy killing should

not authorize doctors or nurses to conduct mercy killings on their

relatives" is very disturbing to me, but no doubt totally fine to your

skewed sense of morality. I would never assume to make that call for

another person.

That aside, a do not resuscitate or do not use extraordinary means to

support life, is a LOT different than go ahead and give grandma an

overdose, she looks uncomfortable! Everyone should have a living will.

Look, I have no personal need to force ANYONE to stay alive, period.

You are the one splitting hairs on what is a sin by christian standards

and what is not. I was just pointing out your continued lack of

consistency when it comes to your little black book.

Just look through history.

There has been just as much in fighting among christians as has been

within the different muslim subgroups. You act as if being a christian

instantly fixes all wrongs. I still can't believe that you have

ACTUALLY read your bible. It is filled with violence, hatred, and

intolerance.

Would YOU sentence a newborn baby to death because of the actions of

its' father or mother?

Start with the money that is spent on churches, temples, mosques, social

parasites known as priests, cardinals, imams, ayatollahs, rabbis, etc.

The primordial pond is not a specific place, it's a kind of chemical

You don't know that.

What if God doesn't want followers and everyone who tries to get to

Heaven by "pleasing God" pisses Him off and ends up with Satan. Everyone

who ignores Him (clearly that is what He wants since He leaves no

evidence of Himself) is fine.

It hasn't.

The biggest fear

> is Muslims since they have a goal of taking over the world.

They don't.

At least not any more than the christians want to do that. The same,

actually.

They will even

> use nukes to do it.

Since they don't, they won't.

The president of Iran has stated that he wants to

> "wipe off Israel from the map of the world."

Which is a different thing.

> After he has finishes work on creating nuclear weapons--he will fire one

> or more nuclear tipped missles at Israel.

You SHOULD read the news more often.

His next target will probably be

> America.

Practical problem: How to get a nuclear missile from Iran to the USA? By

ship, yeah.

It would be easy to smuggle a nuclear bomb into America since

> tractor trailers come into America each day from Mexico. Various border

> guards have been fired for getting paid great amounts of money from

> Mexican cocaine dealers. Those sorts of border guards would love to take a

> million dollar payment to allow a tractor trailer loaded with a nuclear

> nuclear facilities in Iran.

True, but not the point. If you want to argue there is a threat, you

have to show there is a threat. Did they ever find those "Weapons of

mass destruction" in Iraq? No, they were not there.

This is why the rest of the world doesn't trust the USA any more. It is

not a reliable partner anymore.

It is not even a good financial partner anymore. Since the dollar is

falling how are we supposed to sell our stuff? You can't even buy it.

You may like the USA. Let me tell you this: As an entity, as a state, I

lost all respect for it. It might have the biggest military. By far, in

fact. But as a country it has become the biggest threat to peace.

Do not mistake "keep the peace" with "do nothing".

As far as I am concerned, the USA can reap in the consequences of their

actions in the middle east on their own. I don't want no part in it. As

far as I know, the EU says the same. You want to wage war on Iran? You

have evidence? Or just the same say-so you had in Iraq?

The regime in Iraq was no good. But the USA attacked Iraq on its own.

NOT within the UN. So, as far as I am concerned, the USA are the "bad guys".

I was 12 years old. There were several people in the hospital room. If I

had been an adult, I probably would have found a way to do it--perhaps by

unhooking one of the machines that were keeping him alive.

They are false gods so why should anyone pay attention to them.

no--as you probably know--Christians don't follow all of the laws in the
