Entrapment would be enticing someone to do something that they would not normaly do. Such as I walk up to you on the street and ask if you want to buy a stolen gun. Up to that point you had no intention of buying a stolen gun nor did I have any reason to believe you would. The article does not go into enough detail on how the coorespondant actually communicated with these sickos. If he initiated the meeting with the promise of something illegal then it IS entrapment, yet if the sickos initiated the comunications with the promises then it is NOT.
