This is kind of embarrasing but since coming back from holiday in Thailand, well, err , I've got this large angry red looking area on my bell-end, and its spread to my shaft also. It doesn't hurt so much. Its sort of like a mild burning. The good bit is theres no god awful smelly discharge, like last time. What is it Doctor Down ? What can I do?

I think what you are trying to say is that impling something is of lesser offence that actually charging the person with the act that you are implying they are guilty of. Is this what you mean?

 

That is not so, if I say frank is a rapist , he either is , or he is not guilty. He will be angry if I expose him and its true. But he will be even more angry if it is untrue.

 

So it is with an implication. You know what you have said is untrue, but you lack the moral fibre to see fault in yourself, and retract your rediculous charge.
