I think we should be able to give Rep at any particular time and post to whoever we so desire. Of course, it should be greatly reduced in total points issued. At least cut it down to a quarter or an eighth of what is normally given. This would be a good idea to encourage our Pioneers, Legacies, and the Newblood to post more, participate in a more discussions, less trolling perhaps, etc etc. Just a thought. .
