How does that solve the problem? What percentage of illegals are here with

children? Certainly not 100% of them. Besides, it goes back to the same

basic question. If you do not have the means to take care of your family

needs in say Mexico, are you bringing your family to the United States just

so any child born here becomes a citizen, or are you bringing your family to

the United States because you have a better chance of providing them with

the means to survive?
