ALERT: Senate Moves to End Free Speech in America

The enemies of American freedom never sleep. They will come

back again and again - trying to stick their poisonous "riders"

in unrelated legislation...establishing thought crime laws,

amnesty for millions of illegals etc until America is totally

destroyed. If these traitors remain in power, America is

finished!

Emergency! Hate Bill Moves Forward In Senate

By Rev. Ted Pike

Hoping to avoid detection from opponents in the religious right,

Senators Edward Kennedy and Gordon Smith have quietly moved the

federal hate crimes bill into the Senate. The Senate will vote,

perhaps as early as this Tuesday on whether to include it as a "rider"

on the huge federal defense bill, HR 1585. Now designated SA 2067, the

new Senate hate bill is about half the length of the House version

which passed the House earlier this year. But it gives its primary

supporters, the Anti-Defamation League and the homosexual lobby,

everything they need to end free speech in America, establishing a

mammoth federal "thought crimes" bureaucracy as in Canada.

Lovers of free speech may have only one day, Monday, to persuade the

Senate not to include the hate bill as a rider. If you value freedom

for yourself and your children you must give top priority to calling

your Senator first thing Monday morning!

Call (1-877) 851-6437 toll free or (202) 225-3121 toll and tell your

Senator: "Please don't attach Sen. Kennedy's hate crimes bill SA 2067

to the arms bill S 1585. Hate laws have taken away free speech in

Canada and many European countries. If you do vote for the hate bill,

I and my friends will do our best to defeat you in the next election!"

The business about "hate" is so ridiculous. "Hate" is a perfectly

valid emotion, it is the opposite of love. The gov't shouldn't ban an

emotion or ban words which express that emotion. That's absurd.

I am a very hateful person, I am filled with hate and anger when it

comes to certain issues. Who isn't? To be constantly passive is, in

my opinion, pathological.

I despise when people tell me, "you don't hate that person, you

dislike him". I correct them and say, "I hate that person". Then

they say, "you hate what that person did; you don't hate the person

himself". I say, "a person is defined by his actions, thus I HATE the

person who does something which angers me or which is overtly unjust,

cruel, immoral, etc".

I can then say, "I hate George Bush for starting this war". I

wouldn't say, "I don't hate George Bush, I hate what he did". That's

liberal double-speak crap. George Bush = the war in Iraq.

Of course we know you mean preemptive laws.

You must really like Bush and the Neocons. They believe

Yep. I bet that when you try real hard you can even tell

Does the bill abridge free speech in any way? Yes it does. Hence,

it's anti-1st Amendment. In fact, it's clearly unconstitutional and

if passed will be challenged and thown out in court.

Nothing is "clearly unconstitutional", and you should never feel

certain about the outcome of any Supreme Court challenge.

Bush thought that the McCain-Feingold campaign reform laws were

unconstitutional but signed them anyway, expecting the courts to

cover his ass.

" However, the bill does have flaws. Certain provisions present

serious constitutional concerns. In particular, H.R. 2356 goes

farther than I originally proposed by preventing all individuals, not

just unions and corporations, from making donations to political

parties in connection with Federal elections.

....

I also have reservations about the constitutionality of the broad ban

on issue advertising, which restrains the speech of a wide variety of

groups on issues of public import in the months closest to an

election. I expect that the courts will resolve these legitimate

legal questions as appropriate under the law."

There is no unrestrained speech.

Threaten the president's life and find out how wrong you are.

I'm forwarding it to my men's groups. Thanks. We here at Soc.Men

know first hand how the feminists and their sugar daddies use

legislation like this to end free speech. The Canadian SOW's ("Status

of Women") tried that here...but this isn't Canada. Yet they tried to

convince IP's that we should be suppressed internationally. The

suckers mean business.

Virtue, a requisite for the democratic republican state, requires the

citizen to uphold virtue and integrity, at the expense of personal

pain.

This bill clearly has neither virtue nor integrity in mind but the

protection of certain special interest groups from that pain that

they might experience which might follow from the disclosure and/or

debates with regard to their circumstances.

Such being the case, rather than furthering democratic and republican

values and virtue and integrity, this bill destroys the same.

The same is discussed in the ancient Roman politician, Cicero, in his

book, "The Good Life."

Oppose the bill!

I always wonder now the hell you assholes took over and fucked over

what would seem to be a newsgroup for men of all kinds, and not just

those with tiny balls who are always so terrified that some woman

might twisted them off and handing them back to you.

Tells you a lot about who your "friends" are, doesn't it, Maxy and

Barney?

I'm very glad they are NOT mine.

Of course you can't shout "fire" in a crowded theater or threaten the

president or anyone else. That's just commonsense and has about as

much to do with free speech as robbing a bank has to do with opening a

checking account. However, now I can stand up in any venue and shout

that I hate the president or hate anyone else, irregardless of race,

creed, sexual orientation, color, religion, or foot size; and I can do

so without fear of being arrested.

I know this isn't covered in the bill yet, but unlike in Europe, I can

with impunity claim any fallacy I care to, such as the moon is made of

green cheese, Spiderman exists, or that the Holocaust never happened.

Why would any one other than a dictatorial fascist want to take any of

this away from us. Free speech, even if it's sometimes in poor taste,

or offensive, Is what America's all about.

Good - does it specify the word "n gger", I'm hoping they ban it from

the American lexicon, but then- imagine if Kennedy were causing the

arrest and imprisonment of blacks for using the very word they so

vehemently despise.

hypocrisy?

Besides - black trash works as well as white trash has when someone

wants to be non hateful.

Or the old standard used by Clinton`istas "Trailer trash".

The problem with the global warming theory, is that a theory is like a

bowl of ice-cream, it only takes a little dab of shit to ruin the whole

thing.
