Colorado security detail kills The Emperor

[Guest Kickin' Ass and Takin' Names]

DENVER (AP) -- A man carrying a gun and declaring "I am the emperor"

was shot and killed Monday outside the offices of Gov. Bill Ritter by

a member of the governor's security detail, a spokesman said. Ritter

was not injured.

 

An unidentified man was shot and killed outside the offices of

Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter.

 

The unidentified man refused orders to drop his gun, spokesman Evan

Dreyer said.

 

Four or five shots were heard, but authorities would not say how many

times the security officer fired.

 

The shooting occurred in a hall outside the governor's offices on the

first floor of the Capitol.

 

It was not clear where the governor was at the time.

 

Before he was shot, the gunman said, "I am the emperor, and I'm here

to take over state government," Dreyer said.

I, for one, noticed how Patriot Games -- who is ALWAYS posting news

articles about the wonders and joys of people owning guns -- certainly

did NOT post this article about the "Emperor" and his constitutionally-

guaranteed, 2nd Amendment right and Let's-Not-Have-ANY-Gun-Control

weapon.

 

start sarcasm I bet there is now a standing Executive Order from

the White House throughout the United States that anyone who claims to

be royalty in the USA is shot-on-sight so they cannot be a possible

threat to King W. George. end sarcasm
