Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi think Congress' main job is to investigate

instead of legislating.

As I mentioned in another thread, the Republicans and Democrats traded

playbooks. The 2007 Democrats are using the 1998 Republican playbook.

The 2007 Republicans are using the 1998 Democrat playbook.

The Democrats have been using the playbook for seven years. 1998 means

the Republicans only used it for two years.

The "contract on America" was a fucking media hype by

Gingrich

NONE of the crap ever aided government and few, if any,

ever honored "term limits"

Moreover, the disaster of 1995 will go down in history

as THE most stupid maneuver by any political party in

history.

No, the Republicans started ordering investigations when they achieved

majority status in 1995. The Democrats started ordering investigations

when they achieved majority status in 2007.

None of this is new or unique to either party. Let's not forget George Mitchell's

$40 Million, double secret "October Surprise" investigation.

1995 will be remembered when the Democrats finally lost Congress after

Never. That is how political parties deal with the opposition. Every political

party uses every opportunity to obtain an advantage over it's opposition.

Let's not forget Speaker Newt, who was obtaining sexual gratification from a

workplace subordinate while trying to take down Clinton for obtaining sexual

gratification from a workplace subordinate.

Well, it wasn't from the dying wife he was pressuring

to give a divorce so he could keep boffing his

secretary.

The issue is Hypocrisy

They already have ... a LONG time ago.

Guess who runs the show now?

HINT: They're keeping our borders wide open to anything, they're

backing a lesbian and a mulatto for presidential candidates, and

they're stuffing what's left of our defense into kosher body bags.

And we wonder why things are "fucked up"?

Incidentally, I stopped listening to Rush back in 1994 when he did a

sudden 180 on his views of Bill and Billary, but I heard he and the

jewess he married (Marta) are now divorced. How about that, huh? I

wonder how much the snout took him for?
