So much for all the negativity from Marxists, Democrats, anarchists

and other

anti-capitalists. I wonder what leftist academic Paul Krugman has to

say. Well, of course, he would echo Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama,

John Edwards and other socialists and populists

in saying that there are two Americas with only the top 70% really

benefiting. This is bull.

More bad news for anti-capitalist socialists: the world's middle class

has added

one billion people in the last five years. This would be mainly in

China and India.

So here is proof the the global capitalist economy promoted by Reagan,

Thatcher

and Canada's Brian Mulroney in the the 1980s with their trade

agreements has been

very effective.

And her is another black eye for the socialist/populist model.

Many of the better educated, more enterprising Venezuelans are

fleeing

Chavez's regime, with many coming or wanting to come to the U.S.

Not all are Venezuelans, however. Many Cuban doctors there (from the

oil for

doctors agreement between Castro and Chavez) are also defecting. Many

have

already made it to Florida apparently. Who can blame them?

In his movie "Sicko" did Democrat Michael Moore disclose that Cuban

doctors

under Castro make only about $15 a month under Cuba's government-run

medicaid?

The high tax Clinton economic boom put the Party of Gipper on the ash

heap of history.

It's a pity Democrats didn't run anyone in 2000 to kill off the GOP

before Dumbya did it.

America's stockexhange naturally rises when the dollar falls, well

except where it falls and Bush is in power then the DOW stagnates

(or as we like to say goes sideways).

Fact is money reflects value, in product, services, property etc,

but is always a facade-proxy for real wealth. The real wealth of

a skillled artisan, or the management ability of the executive,

or the piece of land. The money can become worthless, a

person is still skilled when unemployed, a piece of land still

is a piece of land, money is however just over rated confetti.

For all the ills of socialism an attack on it is facile with

statistics

and the 'monetry' equation.

But hey Americans don't understand socialism since they

so readily embrace the collectivist ideals of jesus freaks

which are essentially the same.

Yeah...we'll see how long you'll be preaching your capitalist "gospel"

once it goes belly up and society breaks down into anarchy. I bet you

yo-yoes will blame it on the socialists.

For the record, people in Cuba are not dying in the streets because

they do not have access to health care. Almost 2/5 of our population

is either uninsured or under insured...and you call this a superior

system? Dude, go sit in the shade somewhere and drink lots of water

and take a salt pill.

applause It's a point system, a representation only of ones real

wealth. With a point system, wealth is not only what you have, it's

what you have plus what you can get.

Canada's Ross John "anonymous@dizum.com" "Clint Hunter" "Clint Northwood"

Lambourn knows as much about capitalism as can be expected from a career civil

servant retired on a tax payer funded pension who pretends to be a capitalist,

an American and a sane person.

As demonstrated, not much at all.

He's little more than a deluded alcoholic old kook.

You missed the key element.

Socialized healthcare means an expense decrease for businesses, which is the

functional equivalent to an across the board profit increase.
