Chavez's behavior is Marxist socialist?

Following the U.S. market debasement of March of 1792, Washington and

his Vice-President Adams and Adam's Vice-President Jefferson and their

secretary Hamilton weren't so much different than Chavez the marxist

socialist when they imposed the Alien Act, The Alien Enemies Act, and

The Sedition Act in 1798 just after they passed the U.S. law compeling

escaped slaves to return to their owners and taxed the Pennsylvania

whiskey farmers which was about the time the Mount Vernon distillery

opened for business.
