phreakwars Posted April 24, 2006 Posted April 24, 2006 Here's an interesting news snippet I stumbled across: http://michellemalkin.com/archives/004869.htm Whittier area students from Pioneer, California and Whittier high schools walked out of classes to protest the proposed federal immigration bill March 27, 2006. The protestors put up the Mexican flag over the American flag flying upside down at Montebello High. . . . Quote https://www.facebook.com/phreakwars

Lethalfind Posted April 24, 2006 Posted April 24, 2006 This behaviour on their part is only going to make their road harder, its going to make non immigrant voters hate them and strengthen their resolve to make life tougher on them. Pretty stupid of them, sort of like shooting yourself in the foot. I have always said, if you love your country of origin more then you love the US, then go home if its that great. Sure give homage to your roots but if you can't put the US first then you don't deserve the benefits she offers. Quote I am a pathetic piece of shit leeching single mom.

jokersarewild Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 This is basically a retarded ploy to get retarded illegal beaners to like them. They will probably have failed miserably, since this most likely is the "nail in the coffin" for the immigration thing. And this is pretty much going too far, as far as patriotism is concerned. Fuck Mexico! They can go back to their country and play hide and go fuck themselves! The stupid ass "Mexican-Americans" can go the fuck back to beanerland as far as I'm concerned. Somebody has a quote on here with (I think) Theodore Roosevelt saying "There is no 50-50 Americanism." There is no Mexican-American. There is either "Mexican", or there is "American". There is no AND. And how is defaming OUR flag helping your cause? It makes no sense. We don't succumb to your will if you piss us off. We retaliate, hopefully by killing some illegals. Mohammed_Rots_In_Hell Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 As most of you know, I am from mexican descent. I have been around mexicans all of my life. My parents were both born in mexico... and can tell you that 95% of mexicans have the crazy mentality that they need to "escape" from the harsh life of mexico with it's never ending cycle of corruption, injustice and poverty and come to the U.S.... and then they begin to turn the U.S. into the same shit-hole they escaped from... many refuse to learn english to any degree of clarity, drinking and driving is SOP with many of us, and (in south texas at least) there are many corrupt government (hispanic) officials - not all mind you - but a large percentage. I personally can't stand these mexicans that have this attitude towards the US... fucking leave already! Quote The first amendment provides our constitution with its voice. I was wondering if they flew the American Flag upside down for the same reason they "say" people who worship the devil use the cross but upside down, I thought inverting a symbol made it mean the opposite. So by putting the American Flag UNDER the Mexican one and upside down, are they saying they will dominate us, Mexico will annex the US?? If we don't do something that might just happen. Has protesting like this every really accomplished anything siginificant ?? Just put down your signs, help your brothers and sisters learn english, help them get jobs, let the established Mexicans help the legal immigrants.... Atitude is everything. If immigrants don't want to learn the language of their new home, send them back and ask for smarter more dilligent ones. As for ethnic groups demanding education in their own home language, see if they know these three words first. "Fuck off idiot".
