builder Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 By September 2006, the US military will be in a position to dominate the world like never before. Global Strike is the name given to this new form of the Star Wars program, and clearly the targets are currently Iran and North Korea, but any point on earth, in any country, will soon be under the microscope, and preemptive strikes are the order of the day. The question is, will the war machine use this new advance intelligently and fairly, or will preemptive strikes become the new way to wage war and control the percieved enemy? Let us hope that democracy is in charge in America and not the conquerors at the helm, though I fear such is not the case. If they can sort out a defense system such as this you think they could sort out a way to contain Muslims in their own country and keep them from blowing the rest of us up BUT leave them to worship and live the way they please all on their own... I'm thinking something along the lines of the shock collars they use for dogs, you bury the electric line around the boundary of your property and when the dog gets close to it, they get a terrific shock... eisanbt Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 As I've asked you before Lethal; when the fuck was the last time an American musilum commited terrorist actions? And of course how often do shitheads assult americans simply for being musilum? Quote http://www.boohbah.com/zone.html "It's a poor sort of memory that only works backwards" -Lewis Carroll
hugo Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 As I've asked you before Lethal; when the fuck was the last time an American musilum commited terrorist actions? And of course how often do shitheads assult americans simply for being musilum? There was a recent case of a Muslim student running over several other students. We don't need to wait until we face the same problems Europe and the UK faces. builder Posted April 26, 2006 Author Posted April 26, 2006 How did you get onto muslim extremists four posts into this? The original post is about global nuclear intimidation and threat from extremist christian zealots with plenty of rods in the fires of war. You people need more sleep. builder Posted April 27, 2006 Author Posted April 27, 2006 Strategically, the program places the US in an unenviable situation. That being the continued reliance of allied nations for military support. I can't say what will happen, but the possibilities are there now. builder Posted April 27, 2006 Author Posted April 27, 2006 On the other side of the coin, will the system prove to be as accurate as the creators claim? Will ground forces only be required for mopping up after the onslaught? Will war become a flat screen and a joystick? Will Japan beat Korea in the soccer? All good questions. snafu Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 The Star Wars program started with Regan is more of a defensive program to stop nucular devices. It can take out outer balsistic missiles. It's a good thing and not for world domintation. we could've done that a long time ago. Quote "You can't stop insane people from doing insane things by passing insane laws. That's just insane!"
