i say, let immigrants be U.S. citizens, America was made from immigrants, built by immigrants, and if it wasnt for immigrants then there will be no American, land of the free, home of the brave

although, that will make american stupider, i have a solution on that, bring back corpal punishment and the draft that will send all failures and stupid kids that dont even try, to the military. that will motivate them to try harder. or boot camp, same deal

 

anyways, not only making an immigrant exclusion act, you can also check the background and see if they are clean, give them all a visa, and have 4 to 7 years to become a citizen, if not, they get kicked out, and have to go through it all over again 6 years after getting kicked out, and during there 4 to 7 years, they will have to be a productive citizen

 

ofcourse, if they dont become a citizen by the end of the 4 to 7 years, and hey have been a productive citizen, force them to take the test or whatever, or kick 'em out

Especially in the times we live in, where terrorism is the current form of war and there is no social reform in the US' welfare system. We can not afford to be taken at unawares.
