I just wanted to make a note that I have changed some of the forums to be more up to date. I also changed the "Everything Else" forums to "All Other Uploads!" If you have more suggestions, let me know.

Since I know alot of other members probably wonder this too...How Do I become and elite, and mod and stuff? Since I would love to help around these forums, and I know other would too. I know it will take time for anyone intrested (Other than Jeezy) to get there. I just think other people wonder too. I am sorry if this has been posted before, it's 1:00am, and I am too tired to look around the forums right now. ~DarknessLover

Update: December 03, 2006 :: Staff Changes Well, as many of you may have already noticed, we recently made some changes to the staff. These changes included promoting UnhingedMouse0 and Vash_the_Stampede to Administrators, Hahninator and Victim to Moderators, and removing the position of 'Newscaster' all together. These changes were mostly due to the increase in spam we have been having lately and the lessened activity of some of the mods. Also, do not think of this as simply losing two mods and gaining two new ones, Unhinged and Vash will still continue their moderating duties as always. I was just wondering if you are ever going to offer a lifetime paid membership, as opposed to jsut a yearly, as soon as i get my paypal account in order, i intend to buy another premium membership, but im sure you could sell alot of lifetime memberships. Most of us are dedicated or bored enough.

Why can't I upload animated avatars? Everytime I try it says 'You may not upload animated images'. Is it for the Green Names+ only?

I have 4 unread pager messages, but when i go to my inbox and sent box it shows empty. Of the 4 i think 3 are out going and 1 in coming. Do i have a setting wrong??? Any ideas??

ok i got a small problem with the banner *puts on flame shield* it looks awesome and i think its the best banner so far but i think the small logo behind the priv message thing should be taken away and the url should be bot right under teh priv message. does anyone agree? its a small thing so it doesent matter all that much i was just thinking :> o i donno if anyone has said this but congrats jojo (she did make it right?) for the awesome banner!!!!

Not news, but just something worth mentioning... There is a gigantic number of users in the birthdays list today because they are mostly spam-bots which registered with the DOB of March 28, 1983. Since our upgrade of vBulletin (the forum software) to version 3.6, we are currently safe from this bot program that annoyed us so much in the past. I just figured Id point this out to anyone who noticed the large number of birthdays and wondered what was up with that.

I just finished having a real nice sig made for me and it requires HTML to be turned on. I recently wrote an admin but he hasn't responded back, possible because he really doesn't know who I'm. My question is why is HTML turned off and is it possible to turn it on?

Alright guys, we're gonna get an LPF Banner contest going here. This is to replace the current banner at the top of the page. Due to an overwhelming request by members, we've decided to hold this contest. We're asking that you include Linkin Park Forums 4.0 on it. That's about it. Be creative. I just realised, I don't mind the banner we have right now all that much. It grew on me in a sense. I would still MUCH prefer another one, I do not mind this one as much anymore. Any others thinking like me?
