Site Info / Suggestions

I know Quad of the Month contests seem to be pretty popular and standard and I like to see some of the sweet rides people build, but we all know you gotta spend the $$$$ to get the :gr_cool:. If this site decides to start doing some monthly contests (no prize needed), I personally suggest a Pic of the Month contest. Everyone would have basically equal chance to compete legitimately and have a possibility of winning. Depending on the amount of entries, the mods would probably have to pick a top 10 which would then be voted on by forum members. Base Rules?: Must have a 450 quad as the main subject (hence the forum name). 1 picture submission per member, per month…

I think it would be a good idea to have sub categories for the MX/Freestyle/TT category. That way, If someone were to look for just things on MX, it would be in the MX category and would not have to sift through threads on Freestyle or TT to find what they need. I figure start with organization right away, so that when it does start to fill up with info, it won't be such a hassle to move the threads to there respective place. What do you guys think?

Hey. I think we gotta get the color of the Lifetime Member usernames changed from Purple to something that doesn't blur so hard against the black. I seriously can't read it at all. Is it just me?

How about a Guns and Hunting type topic? I think alot of us are into Guns and Hunting, or just gun talk.

I think the thank you featrure is nice, but maybe have a like feature for a post as well, there have been times I liked what that person said, but didnt really need to thank them for it. but of course, i could just quote it and say something...just a thought.

most of us are familiar of each other but since this site is just starting out, we should have some kind of thing where we post where we're from and where we ride at. maybe a map we can put a pin on or even just a list of states or countries. that way we can connect and it will be easier to find some members to ride with.

I am unable to 450rHQ due to my works firewall. The reason, "Potentially Damaging Content". Now I know there is nothing damaging about this site, but does anyone have an idea as to why it would block it? Any way around it? I can get to the ORG just fine... just not here.

Im trying to load up pics in threads and cant load them because Im getting an error message stating they are to big. I have re-sized on Photobucket numerous times, I cant get a 600x600 pic to load. I have to drop it down to the little sizes....Why?

the org use to have the "my assistant" feature. the one that tracked the days top posters, overall top posters, etc. that was pretty cool. can you do this?

So what do these things look like? And more importantly will they actually make me more attractive?

The profile pages are very hard to read... Black background with grey text makes it hard to read... Kinda like this

You should make "location" mandatory when registering....Also Display Name...

If you find any issues that arise while on the site or you think may need addressed or fixed please let me know in here. I will get them fixed ASAP. Was getting texts, FB messages, emails, from all kinds of different areas and figured it is best and easiest to migrate them all here to one area.

Hey, Guess i'm checking out the site. LOL at vbulletin! It's old and been around for ever. o.0 Anyways, if this site needs more people.... i'd suggest doing something like a raffle or a event to get a number of people involved. Another suggestion, you know how on other forums we have a section where we can leave feedbacks? Lets have a better system than that. Lets use a similar system as ebay uses. Have a feedback rating under a username. It could be a number of stars 1-5 (*****) and have it in a color code format. Then if a user is satisfied with that or not, he/she could always click on the seller's name and go straight to his/her feedback section. I'm sure c…
