Yes...it's innate for us Librans. I was born on the cusp. So I get Scorpio traits too. I have a fast hot temper, but it dissapates quickly. I also was blessed with Libra indecision. I don't know if I believe in Astrology, but I think it's fun, and some of the traits seem bang on.
