  5. I'm going from 10" + Sand Stars to 8" + Extreme Haulers. Cant wait to see if there is a difference
  6. Can I use the Flowmaster off my 79 Chevy truck on my 450r? .Org said as long as it was an 04-05 I should be ok. I just wanted a second opinion. Thanks, Noob
  7. Here is mine with the battery added in behind the air filter. I ran a wire from the stator to the battery to charge it, then to a switch I installed on the dash piece, through a relay to the lights. With this set up, both lights pop right on no problem. The battery takes the brunt of the power it takes to ignite the ballasts instead of the stator. http://www.offtopic.forum/uploads/imported/2012/05/BatteryInstall-1.jpg http://www.offtopic.forum/uploads/imported/2012/05/Switch-1.jpg http://www.offtopic.forum/uploads/imported/2012/05/450rHIDs-1.jpg Takes a little bit to cram all that shit under the hood, but it works great. Make sure you get a big enough switch to handle the juice it will get going through it.
  8. Yes, It will work better. I have one. I have pics somewhere on my install of the HIDs, relay, and battery. I will try to find them and post em up
  9. I have a Taurus .357 Revolver! Love it. I carry a Ruger P-95, but always looking for a better CCW. I have a S & W 22A, a Ruger 10-22, and a 12 guage Tactical shotgun that sits by my bed for those unwanted visitors
