He pretty much did what I had to do to my son's Kawasaki KFX 50 mini. I made adapter plates so I could take out the negative camber on stock a-arms with aftermarket shocks. He moreless made mounts to adapt the Raptor shocks on there. Don't know if I would do that if he is doing jumps.

I had to run a bead of RTV on a new set of Hipers before. And I had to run RTV on numerous sets of used Hipers and used DWT Shamrocks also.

Well........... after a long delay on the head to arrive. We got it put back together. New Hotrods crank and bearings and Vertex piston. I knew it would run,but I was EXTREMELY concerned with the tranny. When I took it apart, there where about 6 shims missing. So I had ordered those thru KTM...

Ok.......... so this is what I have. Light port work to the current head. No bigger valves. CP 13:5:1 piston with CRF450 head gasket with just a standard grind Web cam. I really don't want to buy a new cam, new port work, etc just yet. But I know a carb is needed. I was lucky. I got the stock...
