No but he could have just as easily killed more than 5 people by
poisoning food or water with common household cleaning products.
Banning guns isn't going to stop an underlying cause of violence. You
are wrongly fixated on guns. You should be more concerned about why
some engage in violence than with what weapon they use.

I wouldn't consider a test gun control. Sometimes accidents happen,
sure. Sometimes unforeseen bad things happen. I'm not in favor of
