True (although see BM's comment above), but what is alarming about this type of flu is that most people have not been exposed to it. It is a rarer and newer kind of strain, thus most people haven't developed an immunity to it and a vaccine doesn't exist yet either. So it has the merit and possibility of turning into what the so-called Spanish Flu of 1918 did and even what common European diseases did to the Natives way back when in this continent.

Watching my favorite channel they were explaining the problem with this is that it has crossed from pigs to humans and visa versa. This type of virus is very rare but dose accure. I think we can find out a lot with this strain.
