True (although see BM's comment above), but what is alarming about this type of flu is that most people have not been exposed to it. It is a rarer and newer kind of strain, thus most people haven't developed an immunity to it and a vaccine doesn't exist yet either. So it has the merit and possibility of turning into what the so-called Spanish Flu of 1918 did and even what common European diseases did to the Natives way back when in this continent.The swine flu hasn't killed anyone in the US this year.
