Guys, I really don't want anyone going to bat for me. I'm just being a tard at this point. I don't want my money back but I would like my services transferred. I'll ask Bob later if he can do it. No rush. The whole "I want my $12" is just me being silly at this point. After all, if I'm not being mischevious, those that know me will think I'm down with the flu or something.

It wasn't a false claim. I paid for services I was not receiving. How is that a false claim? I filled out no false information and told the absolute truth as to what happened, which is why it did not go through because it was a "virtual good." It is any consumer's right to file a claim so I utilized my options. I'm still not receiving the services I purchased. I should get my $12 back. :p
And stop comparing me to Wez, everybody. I don't even know him. He's Atlantic's *****, not mine.

I'd like to know what lies I've told besides the obvious shooting the **** in chat last night (welfare mom, crack *****, 300 lbs, etc).

I think I've proven myself to be very honest for the last 7 years I've used online forums- even when it makes me look like a douche. I say it like it is and I don't exaggerate my life. Anyone can vouch that I'm honest to the point of being categorized in the TMI department. I am what I am and don't claim to be anything else. :)

Whatever GF offers you, is what you get... notice the SECOND quote in that post is BY ME.
You do NOT see GF saying that you are allowed the same... JUST ME.

I do not own this site, and niether do any of the other MODS, we can not deny you what you paid for, and we can not take away what you have paid for..

But we CAN prevent you from using board features the same as we can prevent everyone else.

You got EXACTALLY what you paid for... NO REFUND.

Sorry about the whole paypal thing. I really only did it to be a ****. I've done hundreds of transactions through paypal so I didn't realize filing a claim was a serious issue against a company (never filed a claim before). I would never let something that happens online **** up someone's business- that is going way too far.

Anywhoo, if you get a chance, I was I'mBaaaack and would like my services transferred to Phantom as that is what I was told to ask you.

If I need to do more groveling or send nudie pics, let me know. I have no shame. :D "

The second quote was a quote by you, a duly authorized agent of "site owner", telling everyone what they gain when they enter into contract with "site owner" and purchase a one year agreement.

The first quote was by you, a duly authorized agent of "site owner" contridicting your previous statement about what members gain when they enter in said contract with "site owner"

So basically, what you are saying, is that you, Phreakwars, a duly authorized agent of "Site owner" are so full of **** that you don't even know what you are talking about anymore, is that a correct assessment?

Whoa, whoa, whoa, that is TOTALLY NOT the case. I've been coming here even before Wez started driving me nuts over at TJ and him getting banned there. Eddo, Hugo and a lot of others as well. Ali came here making posts totally unrelated and not even contacting Wez at all. HE started slinging **** at her FIRST when he found out who she was. He also started his bullshit with me, KathyA and a lot of others FIRST, talking his ****. He said we came here for him when most of us have been coming and been here before we even knew of his existence anywhere, at any of the sites.

Chi, I'm not referring to everyone when I made my comment. I am aware that several were here before Wez was BUT some weren't. And I thought it was only right to point that out and call them on it. If everyone hates Wez so much then be glad he's not at TJ anymore and let him hang out here without dragging the same old **** around. We know he does it but why follow his lead?
