Think of if he DIDN'T have a badge and this 15 year old did that to him. He'd be facing some serious jail time for assault.

As for the pleading not guilty. Everyone pleads not guilty at their initial arraignment until their attorney can work on the case.

One of the many career choices I thought of when I got out of the service was law enforcement. I am so glad I didn't pursue it, because I'd be sitting in a bullpen wishing I had pulled surveillance tapes right about now. Of course, I'd plead "not guilty" to what ever charge(s) was set before me.

I lose patience with c nts and punks too stupid to recognize how good they got it.
