My comment was in general about the comunity and while some may not agree, I consider myself part of the community so that means my comment was also about me. At the top, under Quick Links, click on "edit options". on the left of your screen will be a row of options to edit. In there somewhere it should say "edit ignore list". click on that and add whomever you please
