Calling All LP Remixers

Hey, everybody, I got an idea. Well, it was actually Stenners's idea, but I thought of it too, and we just talked about it.

I think it would be really cool if we could get all the LP remixers together to make one big collaboration remix album. We would each pick one track to do by ourselves, on a first come/first serve basis, and anybody who wants to try out to be on the album could participate. What do you guys think?

Anybody who's interested in this idea, reply here or PM me.

great idea! i can do some effect but nothing like u (agent) or any of the other talent remixers we got on these forums so i'll just stand this one out! but i will love to host it on my site if u need somewhere to put it!!

cant wait to c what happens!

if you could, i would actually prefer that you make a separate site for this project, if it actually gets off the ground. we'll see what happens.

well...yeah, i suppose, lol. see, we gotta figure out a system to judge who will appear on the album. plus, we gotta get more remixers on here.

so, for now, if you got somethin, post it.

Can we try and submit remixes that we have already made?

[Ex: My "With Me" remix]

hmm...well...i planned on it being where everyone would create a brand new remix from scratch...if you could try something you've never tried before, do that, but if you don't have anything else to use then just post what you have.

No we should all claim a song and do a remix for it.

I am a remixer, someone assign me a song and I will do it. I think once we get a song, we make a couple versions, then we post it and everyone critics it and we keep fixign it untill its perfect. Sort of like what LP does when making a new abulm.

I said that at the top: first come, first serve. The idea I have is that you pick a song you haven't done before and try your hand at it.

You can pick your own track, SNiPeRViRuS. I probably won't pick a track myself until some more people pick. I want to make sure that there are people who are actually going to do this.

If u IM us and send songs that way that may be a bit better as the final product will be completely new =) (by us i mean me and agent)

You will see our AIMS on our posts =)

Alright, people. Sorry about the double post, but I want to make sure everybody gets notifications of this. Here's how we're gunna do this.

If you're interested in trying out for the album, post here with the name of the track you want to do. I will keep track of who wants to do what (it'll be in my sig). When you're finished with your track, put it on here so we can listen to it.

We will provide you with tips and suggestions to improve your remix. When a majority of us feel that the remix is good enough to be put on the album, your work is done. I will keep all final versions of the remixes and when the album is complete I will pass them all off to ChesterSings so the remixes can be hosted.

Any questions about this, drop a reply or a PM.

EDIT: Just so everyone is clear on this...you can only do ONE track. ONE. No exceptions.

I shall be going back into my cave soon to begin some more remixing "masterpieces"..I mean what other word could you use to describe my remixes as (crappy, sh**ty, something that only an insane skitzophrenic person who is being tortured to listen to them)

I digress.
