Cat's ****!

What ****** me off? Cat's ****, that's what.

Admittedly I have too many cats, 9 to be precise. Personally I would rehome the majority of the bastids in a flash...but the kids would never forgive me.

One of these cats is rather old, she will **** on ANYTHING soft and that includes plastic bags left on the floor, tangles of electrical wiring (although how the **** she hasn't electrocuted herself yet I will never know), clothes left on the floor or on chairs....ANYTHING!

I've just spent the past hour cleaning up the computer room, one of the few rooms that this cat actually has access to. My hubby had been rebuilding our marine tank and had left stuff all over the place. Needless to say, the room stank of cat pee.

I found mouse heads behind my PC, a mouse tail behind the hubby's PC and worst of all, I picked up a bag of fish tank bits and pieces and got covered in pee where the **** cat had relieved herself on it! Argh! All this in just ONE night!

Thank *** the room has a hard floor and can be mopped, the thought of it being carpeted isn't worth bothering with.

Anyone want a pissy cat?

Funny you should say that, I was thinking how much I hate cat **** just now! I have been helping someone clean their house to sell it this week and I got to the spare bathroom to find that she had tried to clean the litter box in the bathtub. BAD idea. There was a pile of black litter stuck to the tub and **** and **** and litter all over the floor. I cleaned it via hot water and steam. Problem is, with the steam rising came the hideous wretched vile stench of cat ****. I have a raging headache right now and I still have to go finish the bathroom tomorrow. If I wasn't getting paid and if I didn't know the woman has health issues and can't finish the job herself I would NEVER go back

CATS SUCK

Once upon a time there was a nasty smell in The Screecher's room.

Daddy was crawling around on his hands and knees trying to find the bad smell.

Suddenly, he hollered out swear words about the cat

and quickly ran to the bathroom, whereupon he vomited.

I remember it well.

Nine cats is too many. Time to make soup.

We take the litter pan and empty the bulk out of it into a trash bag, then we take the pan outside and wash it out with a hose so that ALL the litter is gone. Then I bring it inside (this bit I have to do because I try to keep Diane away from Bleach) and I put it in my shower and I spray the inside with Bleach and Fabreze, I don't know feckless if they have that in the UK but Fabreze can help alot of odor problems, I get the kind that is made for pet odor.

I have more of a problem with my dog, she is 12 now and just doesn't give a **** about where she relieves herself. She never really has but it has gotten worse with age.

I am very sensitive about smells so I put not only the cat litter in the litter box but I also put baking soda in there to help with the smell. We are using that clumping litter so you can scoop out the clumps of cat pee so that helps keep it from smelling to badly but it gets scattered ALL over the floor when they walk out of the litter box.

Right now we have two cats and one dog. I like cats but I don't think I will ever have more then two again and I don't plan on getting anymore dogs.

At the point this box must have been when she went to clean it in the bath tub (mind you I think it had been there at least a week or so when I got to it) I would have trashed the whole box, gone down the street an bought a new one LOL

Try putting some of that Carpet Fresh stuff into the literbox. Most kinds are made with baking soda, so it helps neutralize the odor while adding a fresh floral scent. :D

I have one cat Bizmark and he is enough cat for me. I bought a LitterMaid for him and never looked back. Definitely worth the money.

I had a litter maid but I didn't like it and it frightened the cats, however that was a different set of cats...maybe I should bring it out again.

At the moment I put baking soda in the litter box because its so cheap, I will check into the carpet fresh, I'm sure that smells better.

I had been letting them go in the back yard but recently stopped them and they are ****** ****** !!

Whining at the doors to get out.

My cats tend to 'go' outdoors....well, most of them do anyway. I try not to keep a litter box in the house due to the pong. I have a cat door so they can come and go as they please. The carpet fresh granules we get in the UK are based on ground glass, not very safe for the cats! Nice cat BTW RO.

There's almost nothing nastier than the smell of when cat's spray-blegh...
Both of my cats are fixed and do not spray so it doesn't have the pungent order when the male cat is not fixed and he's trying to leave a calling card.

Tell me about it, that calling card sure doesn't go unnoticed.

Anytime I have had male kittens, as soon as their ***** drop, CLIP, their gone.

I hear now that if you get a cat from the SPCA, they can go and get the testicles before they drop.

I have always heard this helps a cat not develop the tendancy to spray, although I had a male cat one time, fixed and normally very placid that got mad about something and sprayed the base board heating element at my sisters house, she was not pleased...

"Anytime I have had male kittens, as soon as their ***** drop, CLIP, their gone"-I bet that comment will make many men reading that clench-lol. I don't have any cats myself, but when I've gone to visit my mom's house sometimes it has smelled like that disgusting, strong 'spray smell', hard to get rid of. I am almost sure their two cats are fixed, but I still have smelled that awful odor once in a while- who knows? shrugs

I know they can still spray, but a male cat with his ***** intact can make it smell ALOT worse.

It is hard to get rid of and the problem is once they have sprayed an area they like to return to that area. You almost have to fire bomb the house to get it out.

****, worse than that?! It smells pretty rancid even then. I sure don't want to find out how much worse, I'll pass out.

Cats can be nasty, stinky creatures. Both mine go outside, and yet they come INSIDE to use the litterbox then go back out. But they were originally indoor cats, so it's the only place they go. When my two pass on, I won't be getting anymore. I'll stick to my fishtank.
