Censorship

censorship really ****** me off because its all about not offending people, but anything anyone says could offend anyone at any point in time, if people weren't so freaking uptight, then this wouldnt' even be an issue, okay and what i dont' get is that black people can say ******, but white people can't its just a word people and if it offends black people when white people say it, then i say either black people dont' say it at all or you let everyone say it, and anyways who thinks they can play '***' and decide what is or isnt' morally right thats just ****** up. anyways i think that Bradbury was right with his book. the world will soon turn into a farenheight 451 reality

^where do you live? I might move there when I get enough money.
no censorship, no foul language.

sounds like a semi-perfect world
If you were talking to me then I live in Iceland. No censorhip at all, but if you'd want to move anywhere where there's little censorship I recommend a country where English is the state language. It's pretty useless to move here, here there is no censorship, no, but that only counts for music videos, the rest is not in English, so......

Censorship on TV and radio is starting to get rediculous. Earlier today I was watching the Hawthorne Heights video Ohio Is For Lovers, and they edited the word "cut"

"and i can't make it on my own

because my love is in ohio

so ... my wrists and black my eyes"

there's so many little words that they edit now, and it's really getting annoying
on the radio here. in "I write sins, not tragedies" by Panic! at the disco, the edited out ***, instead of ****.. so it says now:

I chime in with haven't you people ever heard of closing the *** **** door...

how gay is that... it makes no sense.. wouldn't you edit ****?

Yeah kinda old thread...we don't have a lot of censorship here in Germany...on TV you can say whatever you want...I think that's cool...everyone should be able to say the things they want

[old thread o.0 ]

no because comes off more offensive to people the **** does. A techniqually [pushing limits] **** isn't a swear word. Or it isn't as bad as say "****" "****" & "*****". So editing out *** was probably the smartest thing that they did.

Cencorship is rediculous but understandable.

I heard a version of IWSNT in the Underarmor store at the mall when I was on break, and it was just like this

"closing the closing the door"

censorship ftw.

^ exactly

on tv, its pointless to block stuff out because its always really obvious what they're saying anyways. its a little thing called lip reading and using your brain. when i was little and my mom used to watch jerry springer i could still tell what the people were saying and i was like six :p
