Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam, who bought the NFL club for just over $1 billion in 2012, has been subpoenaed to appear in a videotaped deposition in a civil lawsuit against his family business. Haslam, chief executive of the Pilot Flying J truck-stop chain, is scheduled to answer questions on December 13 at a deposition in Knoxville, Tennessee regarding a lawsuit over diesel fuel rebate fraud.
