I just see death as another path..specielly after watching LOTR, feel even more strong about it.

I'll try to post the exact words that Gandalf said about death but later :p

well death was never big to me until my mom had cancer and i had to watch her die slowly for a year. i was in the room when she took her last breath. i was only 18. it was hard for me because she was the only one who ever cared.

Thats one way i dont want to die is to have cancer eat my body slowly.

That's horrible. *hugs* I've always been scared of cancer.

But if you think about it, we're all dying. Everyone is dying, even right when they're born. Your body is just growing older by the second, but very slowly.

That's how I see it.

I know how it is, my grandfather died of lung cancer when I was six.

Death is a natural thing. It's necessary. It's a part of life. Life and death aren't sitting opposite to each other at a table, they sit next to each other, and hold hands.

But of course it's always hard to accept when a close friend/family member dies.

I used to be terrified of death, but I'm slowly accepting it. I kinda look forward to dying, cause I hope to find how the world works when I do.

But first of course, I wanna live a good life, if that is something that exists nowadays

I hate it when 2 important people like your mom and dad die of stuff like that. my dad got cancer like right after I was born and died when I was 1 so yeah **** that >_< then life was cool and all but my mom had diabetes, dunno when she got it, so she died when I was 9 and then I was like wtf is wrong with you *** >_<

thats why im not religious or anything because *** can be pretty harsh sometimes for no reason

' Do not fear death, for it is only the absence of pain and suffering'

I have no fear of death at all. But I have found through various discussion on the topic that many humans fear the ANTICIPATION of death and not death itself. All I know is that when we are alive, death is not, and when we are not alive, death is. So whats the point of worrying over something that, when it happens, we won't know it's happening...does that make sense??

You know what I hate? I hate going to church and praying to someone who ****** my entire life over. thats the way I feel. and I dont think its going to change. all of my friends are christians and theyre always saying "omg dont say *** d---! *** will get mad at you...etc etc" and like "you're gonna go to **** for that" if I do something. yeah maybe I will.

yeah thats fair enough. Your friends must not be devout christians if they are saying OMG! lol. Is'nt that like a contradiction in itself. I always get yelled at by passers by, when I say Jesus Christ. Lol maybe I should think about their feelings.

I myself havent lost my mother or father, only a grandfather. But I myself am not very religous. I heard that appartnly *** has an equivalent exchange. That apparntly in order to gain what you want you have to give up something of equeal value. But hahninator in your case I don't see an equivalency in your parents death. I send you my condolences, which unfrotinatly the best i can do. I guess the best thing you really can think of is that at least you were born, that your parents did actually bring you into this world. They gave you the gift of life, which is the ultimatie gift. I myself find that I quesiton the existance of ***, not beacuse of death, but whenever I go I find myself in dissagreement with what the bible says. I find that the things it says seems unfair. I myself find that when i do go to church I just wind up with more questions. I'll probably stop going after I go to college. All I can possibly think of to attempt to cheer you up is that your parents are by you at all times Hahninator, and they'll continue to stay with you. (Don't confuse this with angles). Also Hahninator your friends may say you'll go to ****, but if you don't believe in it, then how can you go there?

P.S.- Have you ever heard eminems When Im Gone? Its a good song and its main subject is death.

wow. that was a great post. ill download that song today.

yeah I don't know what an equivalent would be to that. makes me wonder.

I wonder if *** will repay me someday and something awesome will happen. thats why im holding off on suicide.

I like the thought about **** though, thats a good way to think about it.

thanks man.

I almost died today guys... It sucked.

In short,

I tripped over Shaun's machete(That *I* bought), almost cutting off my foot, then I was three inches from falling face first into a glass table...

I almost cried...
