There's nothing wrong with what he did. Now if he bumped it for some post that didn't relate to the subject, then there would be something wrong.

According to the LPF Rules + Guidelines...

-No bumping threads. This goes hand in hand with reading before posting. Do not bump a 5 month old thread. If it more then 2 months old, you are allowed to create a new thread.
