That's YOUR comment. But the language in which ballots and voter
pamphlets, driver license exams and booklets, and signage in
government offices all are printed is not a free speech issue. People
living here can speak whatever language they like, but we - America -
will speak to them only in English, and they will speak to us in
English when dealing with our government offices.
