only if you equate success and happiness with money.LOL, I feel your pain. It does seem that laziness and deceitfulness in this country pays, while the rest of us suckers who always worked get the shaft.
I have worked my whole adult life. I have friends whose parents were loaded and got everything handed to them. I value my job, my possessions, my home, my life- because I have worked for it and have earned it.
I could easily go out tomorrow and get a higher paying job. But would the hours be flexible enough so I can continue my extra-curricular activities? Probably not.
as wez likes to say: Worry about yourself first. Make yourself happy. If the job you are doing doesn't do that, then find another job.
My job is secure, my bills are paid each month on time, I have money in savings. Recession? Nah, I'm good.
(however, this .75 drop in the home equity line of credit interest will come in handy!)
