It a disc, loaded with all the demos of Linkin Park's songs, which Warner Bros (WB) send around to the involved people (managers, investors, producers etc).
LPFuse got a copy of the cd and are hosting it for download.

I said Plaster isn't common, noone has it that is an active member of the community.
I highly doubt the existence of Plaster. If it does exist its obviously not much different than the version we have now. Everything else that was on mp3.com is readily available now, but somehow Plater isn't?
Until I get solid proof I don't believe ****. Just like that Xero concert that supposedly exists, but it really doesn't. I know **** well some traders start random rumors just for the sake of fun, I witnessed it personally on an occasion... I'm not trying to be a ****, but how are we supposed to know Plaster or the other elusive demo from the last time they were discussed, (Paranoia) really exist?

Paranoia doesn't exist as far as I know. Just a rumor. It's known by many oldschool LP fans, the ones around back then during HT, that Plaster was on mp3.com. I have no idea why noone has it now. I don't think it was that different though....
