Just wanted to say to anyone posting there to be aware that although it is said, posts do indeed change from an invisible hand... So don't go in blind.

I wont be posting anything there as a member or a guest again.. Thanks anyways cloaked..

My post was changed.. posted as guest.. weez .. Can guest posts be edited by anyone? Maybe that was the case.. Cause I edited it again myself..

If so.. might wanna think about making guest posts un-editable..

I tried registering as 'Phantom' but the name was already taken. Must be somebody impersonating me. Freaking cyber stalkers.

Yeah, when I'm logged in I have the option to edit your guest posts.

Just post as a member.

Um, I'm the only person with the the power to edit a person or censor a person. If one of your posts was edited then someone compromised your login and it did it signed in as you.

Point me to the post you speak of and I can look in the edit logs to prove your login was compromised. If you posted this as an attention getting method then expect to be banned here as well as there.

I just checked permissions and they are correct. I don't know how a registered user is able to edit any posts except for their own.

Just checked by using my test account and registered members can't edit any posts except their own.

The posts I saw yesterday have been removed, which is interesting ..... you should definitely check the logs.

I was also definitely given the option to 'edit' the guest posts made by Wez as the guest called Weez. There was a button labelled edit right next to the quote button.

He's not lying - and neither am I.

Like anna said.. my posts as a guest.... weez.. most are gone now.. 1 remains.. and keeps getting edited by myself and someone/s else for the last 2 days.. There is an edit button right next to the quote button. I just edited it again myself.. without logging in.

If I can edit it again myself without logging in.. I imagine anyone can..

Hahahaha... why the **** would I say that to get attention? Check it out.

Not sure how to "take a pic" of the page.. I just edited it to this.. After changing it for about the 5th time again in 2 days... after someone else has changed it for about the 5th time in 2 days.. I don't need to log in to change it and all but this post as guest "weez" on the Hey Timesjoke" thread has now been deleted. There were at least 3 others.. which were all also being edited by myself and someone else for the last 2 days.

So maybe look at it without logging in.. you'll see there is an edit button next to the quote button and you don't need to log in to edit it.

All good, I have always said you were a smart guy Wez, the only thing I found completely unacceptable was your little kid tactics when serious discussions were being made. And your need to attack everyone else calling them names but only you were a pure innocent puting your sins on others.

Exactly.. That's what I figured from what everyone was saying.. It looks like that just needs to be shut off to everyone, including the original guest poster..

Yep. Found the problem. I have edit own post set to yes for unregged. Since everyone that isn't logged in is unreged all the posts can be edited.

Fixed.

Hey Chief.. must not be.. I still see the edit button and my whiny ***** secret admirer is still leaving love notes for me on the weez post.. :D
