..... This is driving me crazy. I just spent hours combing the oregon.gov state police public records of all traffic accidents and there isn't anything even close to his age, or the date it happened. I do realize it could be a matter of local jurisdiction, just trying to find out what exactly happened.

I looked for quite a while on Friday morning in Oregon and Washington states newspapers and found absolutely nothing.
