I like well i can't spell it but I brake the bottom part of the palm

over and over to toughen it up and I have to brake it on rock's

well the one I do is mostly based on power and focus not speed but I mixed it up abit to a balance of all three and it's called T'ai chi quan that's it their

that's the kind where you break stone's with it but now I can't since I made up my own self taught counter's
