This is false. US bases in Germany have just gone through another round of closings. Vilseck, Hoenfeld and Graf (all one area) have been consolidated so they may have gotten bigger but that is not an upgrade. Wurzberg is closing and most if not all of the significant bases in Germany have been gone for some time Baumholder is going, going, going gone and the list goes on, The attack helicopter unit stationed in Ansbach ( My home town) is getting decommissioned this summer etc..etc
