The Godspeed You! Black Emperor song "East Hastings" that was played in the movie, when he leaves the hospital and walks up and down the streets, is unfortunately not on the soundtrack. Maybe it's because of its +15 minute length or that GY!BE didn't want it on the actual soundtrack. Dunno.
